Located at 102 West 73rd Street (at Columbus Avenue), this location is equi-distant to the 1,2,3 trains at 72nd Street and Broadway, or the B, C trains at 72nd Street and Central Park West.

Chapter i is open daily from 8:00am to 8:00pm.

  • Breakfast – served Monday through Friday, 8:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M.
  • All Day – served daily, 11:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M.
  • Brunch – served Saturday through Sunday, 8:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M.

 


RESERVATIONS AND EVENTS

As a small, locally-based institution, we limit the reservations we take as to encourage you to make that spur of the moment decision and walk into any Alice’s Tea Cup, any time. In limiting the number of reservations we accept, we find we actually make more room available for walk-in visitors.

  • Monday through Thursday we accept reservations for parties of any size.
  • Friday through Sunday we accept reservations for parties of 6 or more guests (over the age of 2) only.
  • We do not accept same day reservations; a minimum of 24 hours notice is required.
  • We do not accept reservations on holidays.
  • We only accept reservations and private event requests for up to 6 months in advance.

Any reservation of six of more guests (ages 2 and up) is required to partake in one of our three prefixed tea services:

First, choose your tea service*:

  • The Mad Hatter
  • The Wee Tea
  • The Mad Morning

Then choose the selection type:

  • Standard (Assorted)
  • Vegetarian
  • Vegan
  • Gluten-free

*Tea service may be restricted based on age or time of day; tea services can be mixed and matched for groups with multiple age groups and/or dietary restrictions.
** All tea services are unlimited.

A vibrant, semi-private space, with three large table that can accommodate up to six guests each; a small table is available for favors, cake, and gifts.
