Chapter ii Reservation or Private Event Request

Large Parties of 6 or More Guests

As a small, locally-based institution, we limit the reservations we take as to encourage you to make that spur of the moment decision and walk into any Alice’s Tea Cup, any time. In limiting the number of reservations we accept, we find we actually make more room available for walk-in visitors.

  • We can accept reservations and events for parties of 6 or more any day of the week; Saturday and Sunday we accept reservations for parties of 6 or more guests (over the age of 2) only.
  • We do not accept same day reservations; a minimum of 24 hours notice is required.
  • We only accept reservations and private event requests for up to 6 months in advance.

Any reservation of six of more guests (ages 2 and up) is required to partake in one of our three prefixed tea services:

First, choose your tea service*:

  • The Mad Hatter
  • The Wee Tea
  • The Mad Morning

Then choose the selection type:

  • Standard
  • Vegetarian (fish or no fish)
  • Vegan
  • Gluten-free

  • Seats up to 14 guests
  • 90 minute maximum
  • Can extend additional 30 minutes for $50 fee; must be specified at booking

  • Seats parties of 15 to 25
  • 2 hour minimum, 3 hour maximum
  • $500 minimum spend Monday through Thursday
  • $1200 minimum spend Friday through Sunday

  • Seats parties of 26 to 35
  • 2 hour minimum, 3 hour maximum
  • $750 minimum spend Monday through Thursday
  • $1600 minimum spend Friday through Sunday

  • $3000 minimum spend Monday through Thursday
